Justin was named a Finalist in the American Prize in Composition - Major Choral Works! Justin's jazz-inspired mass, Missa Lucis, is one of very few (if any) jazz works ever to be selected as a finalist in the country's most comprehensive series of contests in the performing arts. Winners will be announced in Fall 2025!
Justin will be returning to Belgium to again serve on the faculty of the Halewynstichting VZW Jazz Workshop from July 28th-August 3! This wonderful workshop has been going strong for over 50 years, and this will mark Justin's SIXTEENTH year of teaching on the faculty!
